MIKEL B. is a dynamic business strategist, entrepreneur, and visionary leader. Her approach blends strategy with practicality ensuring that every vision has a roadmap and every idea has the potential to generate revenue and long-term impact.

Beyond business, Mikel is deeply grounded in her role as a wife of 25 years and a proud mother of three children, ages 25, 21, and 19. Her personal journey fuels her professional mission, understanding firsthand the importance of legacy, stability, and building something that lasts. She brings that same level of intention, discipline, and care into every space she leads.

Mikel is also a committed servant-leader and community advocate. She holds leadership roles within the National Alumni Association of Elizabeth City State University, serves as President of the Robert E. Harvey Tri-State Alumni Chapter, and is a life member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated, where she continues to uplift and mentor emerging leaders.
